Day 1 Kochi – Athirappilly- Nelliyampathi (200km)

• Start from Kochi by 6.00am are reach at Athirappilly by 8.30.
• Try elephants or crocodiles near to Aroormuzhy area, 14’th block or near to police station area.
  Drive to Malakkapara is through a wildlife sanctuary and there are chances for spotting wild
  animals and birds on the way.
• Return by 11.00 am and drive to Nelliyampathi. (You need to cross the Nelliyampathi checkpost
  before 3pm and you need to show the stay booking details in checkpost to allow after 1.00 pm).
• Reach at Nelliyampathi before 4pm and visit Seetharkundu view point. You can see some
  wildlife on the way to the view point.
• Stay in a resort in Nelliyampathi. (Try to book Pakuthipalam forest cottage link – https://

  Day 2 Nelliyampathy – Kochi (180 km)
• If you are staying somewhere else in Nelliyampathy, please visit Karapara area in search of Great
  Indian Hornbills. At least spend 3 hours in this area. (https://maps.app.goo.gl/MbEhfbj3rCzxhWCF7) Chances of seeing Hornbills, Elephants, Sambar deer and Indian gaur.
• Leave Nelliyampathy by 3.pm and drive to Kochi.
